HISTORY OF THE PACKARD 110 DELUXE
For 1941, Packards 19th series featured modernized styling with headlights that were fully incorporated into the large front fenders. This massive shift in style was still distinctively Packard with their unique grille shape. New 15 wheels allowed for a lower ground clearance, meaning that external running boards were no longer necessary. The Packard 110 had been introduced during the previous model year and continued to lead Packard sales with the 110 Deluxe models proving to be most stylish with generous additional trim. Five different 110 Deluxe models were offered for the 19th series including a Station Wagon, Club Coupe and a popular 4-door Touring Sedan which offered a combination of practicality, comfort and style that was accented by the several factory metallic paint finishes.
