This car was originally from Texas but was previously purchased and owned by an MG Collector for the past 15 years. He is a well know MG Judge, whose father worked at the MG factory in England. He is the second owner and hardly drove this MG over the course of his ownership because this was not the only MG in his collection. He only put 3,000 miles on this vehicle over the 15 years that he owned it. We cannot guarantee mileage because the previous owner did not keep any records and all documentation has been lost. Engine compression is +/- 165psi which indicates to us that the engine is showing little wear indicating low mileage. This 1970 MGB is featured in a one year only color called Black Tulip that the previous owner brought to bare metal and resprayed to its original color. This deep purple accents the black interior well including an upgraded wood steering wheel and upgraded radio. This chrome bumper MGB had factory installed overdrive with its 4-speed manual transmission allowing it to handle highway speeds comfortably. The car has been recently serviced including carbs, tune-up, all new fluids and brakes. The car runs and drives well and is ready for summer cruising.
