A North American market car with SPICA mechanical fuel injection. This setup required less frequent tuning than the Weber carbs fitted to European spec cars. This particular example is from the tail-end of production and showcases its INIEZIONE trunk lid badge and its stupendous classic Alfa twin-cam four cylinder motor. In late, North American 2.0-liter, fuel-injected form these motors made 129 hp, 133 lb.-ft of torque, and propelled the GTV 2000s modest 2,375 pounds down the road quite well indeed. Four-wheel disc brakes and a limited slip differential round out the cars sporting credentials.
