New to our Pleasanton showroom is this impressive 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo 2 Door Coupe with red exterior paint and a black leather interior. This impressive sports car features a factory turbocharged 2.5L four-cylinder engine under the hood with a 5-speed manual transmission and this beautiful driver also has a factory removable sunroof, factory stereo, and so much more.

Highly Original & Enjoyed by Same Family Since 2005

The current owners of this 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo acquired it back in 2005 and occasionally enjoyed it as a weekend driver. For the vast majority of that time, however, this classic has remained parked and regularly serviced. We were informed that the head was rebuilt about 20k miles back and the instrument cluster has been swapped by the factory twice due to a faulty odometer. The current owner believes that the lifetime mileage is closer to 200k total. We can tell you, however, that this classic drives well on the open road with excellent power and handling.

In terms of present condition, this 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo Coupe shows as a typical unrestored driver for this era. The body is straight with only minor levels of blemish to the exterior paint. The factory wheels are also in nice condition. Meanwhile, the factory interior still presents well with some tears in the drivers seat but otherwise super clean throughout. The engine compartment is equally impressive and correct in appearance for an unmolested example. This sports car can be enjoyed immediately as a typical driver or it can be fully restored into something truly special.
