The 1935 Chrysler C2 Airflow Imperial Eight featured here is finished in stunning Envoy Red with a wonderfully preserved beige cloth interior. This particular example was acquired in the 1970s by Hollywood Icon and legend Steve McQueen for his personal collection. After McQueens passing, the Airflow was offered as part of the McQueen estate and was acquired by motorsport legend, and personal friend of Steve McQueen, Carroll Shelby. The Airflow went on to be well cared for and was one of only a few non-Shelby vehicles in Carroll Shelbys personal collection. Displaying 58,973 miles, this Airflow is one of only 2,398 assembled and today is recognized by the Classic Car Club of America as a full classic.
