New to our Benicia showroom is this outstanding 1940 LaSalle 50 Series 4 Door Sedan with grey exterior paint and a gray cloth interior. Youll find a 130 horsepower, 322 cid V-8 engine under the hood with a 3-speed manual transmission, and this gorgeous show-stopper is nicely equipped with the original working radio and vacuum actuated antenna, vacuum windshield wipers, factory heat and more! This breathtaking classic has been driven approximately 5,000 miles since its Concours-level restoration and it is in phenomenal, breathtaking condition throughout.In its final years, the LaSalle once again became moreCadillac-like in its appearance and details.

Underwent a Compete Nut & Bolt Restoration in 2012

This 1940 LaSalle 50 Series Sedan originally sold on in California and its believed that it has remained on the West Coast the vast majority of its life. The current owner took possession back in 2002 and enjoyed it for years as a high end driver before completely restoring it from the ground up in 2012. During that time, the major mechanicals were disassembled before restoring it to the incredible example seen before you today. While there are a few insignificant blemishes to be found, this is likely one of the premiere examples nationwide due to the outstanding overall quality and originality of this vehicle.
