The 2014 Street Glide Special takes the standard Project Rushmore upgrades a little further with a Gloss Black inner fairing, Reflex Linked ABS brakes, the Boom Box 6.5 GT navigation system and an adjustable lowered rear suspension. The innovative H-D touring chassis is based on a single spar rigid backbone frame and a stout swingarm developed to withstand the demands of long haul riders as well as todays more-powerful engines. Powered by the high output Twin Cam 103 engine and featuring a Batwing fairing with Splitstream vent to reduce head buffeting, the FLHXS is truly a loaded bagger. This particular example is a one owner bike that has been serviced regularly and was optioned in Vivid Black. It has been nicely upgraded with a studded Mustang seat, a quick release back rest with luggage rack and highway pegs.
